Unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If the product is defective, damaged during delivery, incorrect, or not as described, GlossGrip will cover the reasonable return shipping costs. Please contact us before sending the item back.

Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges. The fastest option is usually to return the original item, wait for approval, and place a new order.
